Memberships for the 2026 to 2027 season are open. The season runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

One adult or one child.
Social
$10
One adult. Entry to the club for dining only. This does not include sailing, moorings, the hire discount or a discounted ramp card.
What family and single members get
- Sunday Sailing through the season, October to April
- Learn to sail courses for juniors, and member rates on courses
- Use of the club boat moorings at Taupo Point and Tata Island
- Discounted Tasman District Council boat ramp cards
- Fishing competitions and days out
- Club social evenings and events
- Use of the club facilities when open, and 20% off club hire
- Affiliation with Clubs NZ, which gives you access to over 300 clubs around the country
Any member can sign in one guest who is not a member.
How to join
- Fill in the online membership form, or download the paper form and email it to admin@poharaboatclub.org.
- Pay into our NBS account: Pōhara Boat Club, 03-1354-0614952-00. Use your surname as the reference.

Boat launching ramp card
You can add a boat launching ramp card to a single or family membership.
- New card: $185 plus a $15 new card fee
- Renewal of an existing card: $185
You will need your boat trailer registration, which is required to meet Tasman District Council health and safety rules.
Donations
We are a not for profit club run by volunteers, and we are grateful for any donation, big or small. You can add a donation on the membership form and we will send you a receipt.
